1、基于并行工程的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程規(guī)劃方法研究摘要在當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈需求變化非常迅速的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)要取得成功,必須采用先進(jìn)的開(kāi)發(fā)模式來(lái)提高產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)周期、質(zhì)量、開(kāi)發(fā)成本及客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平,以此來(lái)提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。隨著現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品復(fù)雜程度的提高,產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程管理和規(guī)劃的難度也越來(lái)越大。為了加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)人員之間的交流和協(xié)作,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程進(jìn)行合理的規(guī)劃和改進(jìn),建立能夠準(zhǔn)確地描述和分析產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程及活動(dòng)間信息關(guān)系的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程模型已成為成功實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的重要手段。為了解決產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中引入并行工程而導(dǎo)致開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程復(fù)雜,難以高效執(zhí)行的問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)研究分析并行工程下任務(wù)間的信息關(guān)系,提出了基于任務(wù)間耦合信息
2、影響度的模糊設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣,并以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)整個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程和耦合任務(wù)集內(nèi)的活動(dòng)的次序進(jìn)行了合理規(guī)劃。此外,本文還對(duì)下游任務(wù)的介入時(shí)間做了定性的分析?!癁榱烁钊氲匮芯糠治鲩_(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的資源分配,解決資源分配過(guò)程中的沖突問(wèn)題,針對(duì)產(chǎn)品并行開(kāi)發(fā)的特點(diǎn),提出了資源分配優(yōu)先級(jí)算法。通過(guò)構(gòu)建了資源協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中資源的動(dòng)態(tài)分配,優(yōu)化資源的分配和利用。然后以資源協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制為核心,提出層次資源調(diào)用過(guò)程模型。通過(guò)引入了層次著色Petri網(wǎng),以CPNtools仿真平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)造了一個(gè)基于產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的資源管理仿真模型,再對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的資源調(diào)度過(guò)程進(jìn)行仿真分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源的優(yōu)化配置。關(guān)鍵詞:產(chǎn)品
