1、ABSTRACTMoreandmoreP2Papplicationsconsumenetworkbandwidthandgeneratenetworkcongestion.ThetraditionalP2Ptrafficclassificationmethodsbasedonportandpayloadhavemanyobjections.Accordingtothefive-tupledefinition(sourceIPaddress,sourceportnumber,destinationIPaddress
2、,destinationportnumberandIPprotocol),thepacketsareclassifiedintobidirectionalTCPorUDPflow.Theflowattributesirrelevanttoprotocolandportsareextractedtobecharacteristicvectorthatisusedtorepresentthetraffic.ThetrafficclassificationtypeistheprotocoltypeofP2P.Thetr
3、afficcharacteristicsubsetisdecidedbyusingtheReliefF-CFSmethod,whichcombineswithReliefFandCFStogeneratecharacteristicsubsetsforclassifyingtheP2Ptraffic.ThecandidatecharacteristicsarefirstorderedbythedependencyusingtheReliefFmethod,ofwhichlargerthanthresholdiss
4、etintotheoriginalsetforCFSmethod,thenthefinaloptimalcharacteristicsetisdecidedbyusingCFSandforwardsearch.TheP2PtrafficclassifierisconstructedusingC4.5decisiontree,SVMandKNN.Andtheoptimalparametersaredeterminedbyusingtheoriginalcharacteristicsetandestimatedwit
5、htheclassificationaccuracyandtime.PartoforiginalpacketsisstatisticaltoclassifyP2Ptraffic.Inexperiment,thenumberof50,100,150and200bidirectionalpacketsisstatistical.Theresultshowsthatthepromotedmethodhaslowercomplexityandclassificationtime,andhigherclassificati
6、onaccuracy.Theonlinereal-timeclassificationofP2Ptrafficisresearchedbyconstructinghardwareandsoftwareplatform,whichcanpromotetheapplication.TheP2Ptrafficclassificationprototypebasedonmachinelearningmethodisdesignedandimplemented,whichcontainsthetwostagesofcons
