1、南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文K波段微波頻綜的設(shè)計(jì)姓名:孫林玲申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專(zhuān)業(yè):通信與信息系統(tǒng)指導(dǎo)教師:惲小華20080601碩士論文K波段微波頻綜的設(shè)計(jì)摘要隨著微波技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)作為微波系統(tǒng)的核心部件之一——微波頻率綜合器,要求越來(lái)越高。無(wú)論在微波通信還是微波雷達(dá)等應(yīng)用中都必須有高質(zhì)量、穩(wěn)定可靠的微波頻綜?;趯?shí)際應(yīng)用,本論文研究并設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)K波段的微波頻綜。論文方案主要根據(jù)系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)方案后,采用雙環(huán)鎖相+直接混頻倍頻的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)。即一個(gè)環(huán)路對(duì)1.875GHz-2.375GHz的信號(hào)進(jìn)行鎖相輸出,另一個(gè)環(huán)路對(duì)7.5GHz的信號(hào)進(jìn)行鎖
2、相輸出。其中,1.875GHz.2.375GHz頻綜作為混頻器的IF支路,7.5GHz點(diǎn)頻源作為混頻器的LO支路,這兩路信號(hào)進(jìn)行基波混頻得到9.375GHz一9.875GHz的信號(hào),最后進(jìn)行2倍頻得到最終輸出18.75GHz-19.75GHz。論文首先介紹了頻率合成技術(shù),然后介紹了鎖相環(huán)的基本原理和基本組成部分,并且分析了鎖相環(huán)的相位噪聲和環(huán)路帶寬的選取問(wèn)題。此外,本論文還介紹了振蕩器的工作原理和負(fù)阻理論。論文最后,重點(diǎn)介紹了整體方案的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)情況,對(duì)每個(gè)環(huán)路進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行論證,達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)的要求。最終給出了系統(tǒng)的加工版圖。關(guān)鍵
