3、daluminummacerationunderthetemperatureof750。Cwasconductedfirstly.Thenthetestsampleofcorrosionwasconductedonthemicrostructureobservationandthecorrosionstrength.Thenthemicrostructure,micro—hardnessandthecorrosionstrengthwerestudiedonthesamplesofnitrogentreatment.Theresultshowsthatthemicro—hardness
4、ofthesurfaceisevidentlyimprovedandthecorrosionresistancetoliquidaluminumisnotapparentforthestainlesssteelsamplesafternitrogentreatment.HoweverforthetreatedTi—AIalloysamples,theCorrosionresistanceinliquidAluminumisevidentlyimproved,thentheprocessofcorrosionisanalyzed.Ti.A1203ceramiccoatingswerepr

6、asnoporesappearing.Byusingmicro—hardnessmeasurements,foundthatthedegreeofcoatinghardnessincreasedsignificantlyafterlaserremeltingandthedegreeofhardnessincreasedabout140HV.AfterstudyingonthetransformationoflaserremeltedceramicTi—A1203ceramiclayeEThroughaluminumetchingunderthetemperatureof750。C,th
