2、galrepresentative:YZQ丙方：NB市SG區(qū)教育基金會(huì)PartyC:EducationFoundationofSGDistrictofNBMunicipality法人代表：ZBHLegalrepresentative:ZBH甲、乙、丙三方現(xiàn)就在SG區(qū)GGGG教育用地建設(shè)和開辦SG區(qū)GGG國(guó)際學(xué)校的合作事宜達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：ThefollowingagreementismadeandenteredintobyandamongPartyA,PartyBandPartyCinrespecto
3、fthecooperationintheconstructionandopeningofCanadianInternationalSchoolinSGDistrictonthelandofeducationlocatedatGGGG,DonghuanStreet,SGDistrict:一、推進(jìn)該合作項(xiàng)目的意義I.SignificanceofthePromotionofSuchCooperation(一)填補(bǔ)SG區(qū)沒有國(guó)際學(xué)校的空白，滿足SG區(qū)教育多元化要求。(I)Itaimstofillthega

5、ndcooperationintheeducationinSGDistrict,especiallyexchangeandcooperationineducationandculturewithCanadainordertoenhancethestandardsofinternationalizationofeducationinRR.(三)吸引更多外資企業(yè)投資落戶SG區(qū)，解決在我區(qū)投資的外企駐華人員子女受教育問題。(III)Itaimstoattractmoreforeign-fundedent
6、erprisestobaseinPany,andtosolvetheissuesofeducationtobereceivedbythechildrenofpersonnelwithcapitalinvestmentinSGDistrict.二、合作方案II.CooperationSolutions甲方提供位于SG區(qū)FEL占地面積約29161.50平方米的教育用地[建設(shè)用地規(guī)劃許可證：RR規(guī)地證(2GGG)RR號(hào)]，甲、乙雙方對(duì)規(guī)劃部門批準(zhǔn)上述教育用地的用地項(xiàng)目、用地面積等具體情況均清楚了解。乙方
7、在該教育用地上出資并實(shí)施建設(shè)20000-23000平方米建筑面積的雙軌制國(guó)際學(xué)校，即SG區(qū)外國(guó)語學(xué)校和GGG國(guó)際學(xué)校，提供幼兒園、小學(xué)至高中的教育，招生對(duì)象以審批部門的批復(fù)為準(zhǔn)。國(guó)際學(xué)校由乙方自主辦學(xué)，獨(dú)立核算，自負(fù)盈虧。國(guó)際學(xué)校采用GGG省級(jí)教育部門認(rèn)證的課程結(jié)合中文語言課程，培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生可報(bào)考全世界優(yōu)質(zhì)大學(xué)。1.PartyAprovidesthelandforeducation[constructionlandplanninglicense:coveringalandareaofabout291
