1、平板電視緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計摘要本文通過對市場調(diào)查的結(jié)果出發(fā),展望了未來LCWPDPTV的緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計趨勢。通過對EPS,EPE,蜂窩紙板與瓦楞紙板等幾種材料的生產(chǎn)、環(huán)保及緩沖等方面的性能的對比,預(yù)判了未來LCWPDPTV的緩沖包裝設(shè)計材料的選擇方向。、通過對目前市場上包裝LCD/PDPTv的EPS和EPE的緩沖結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計舉例,作者延伸了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的用材及組合范圍,詳細介紹了EPE與瓦楞紙板箱結(jié)合的緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程、EPE與蜂窩紙板結(jié)合的緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程和全瓦楞紙板緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程。通過對三種新型LCD/PDPTV的緩沖包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程的介紹,用事實證明了作者的觀點:L
