2、國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的發(fā)展歷程。但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一把雙刃劍，其在為大眾造福的同時(shí)也埋下了不容忽視的隱患。我國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督存在著很多的問(wèn)題與不足，例如網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重，網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失，網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督法律法規(guī)不完善等等。要想充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的積極作用，就必須針對(duì)問(wèn)題尋找相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。我們主要應(yīng)該從法、網(wǎng)、人三個(gè)方面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督進(jìn)行完善和引導(dǎo)，以期能夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)實(shí)情況有所裨益。首先是對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督法律、法規(guī)的完善，其次是推進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，再次是加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的引導(dǎo)工作，最后是要注重對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用者的培養(yǎng)。本文的重點(diǎn)在于通過(guò)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督存在的問(wèn)題
