2、ity,Chongqing,ChinaApril2008重慶大學碩士學位論文中文摘要摘要工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中經(jīng)常需要對料倉料位進行實時準確測量，國內(nèi)外提出了多種測量方法，F(xiàn)MCW雷達測距作為一種非接觸式的測量方式不受被測固體形態(tài)的限制，在高溫、高壓、強腐蝕、高粉塵的惡劣環(huán)境下也能準確測距。本文以國內(nèi)某大型鋼鐵集團煉鐵廠混合料料倉為具體對象，分析了FMCW雷達測距原理，研究了面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、軟件工程，結(jié)合飛速發(fā)展的計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)研制出了一套實用的混合料料倉料位在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)具有兩大主要功能：（1）系統(tǒng)對混合料料倉料位進行在線實時監(jiān)測，并能在實時監(jiān)測的同時實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、分析處理、
3、組態(tài)設(shè)置、聲光報警等功能。（2）系統(tǒng)具有數(shù)據(jù)管理與分析功能，趨勢分析可以實現(xiàn)一天內(nèi)各測點的料位數(shù)據(jù)回放，報表管理具有報表形成及網(wǎng)絡(luò)化報表訪問的功能。本文討論了料位監(jiān)測的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢及在線監(jiān)測分析技術(shù)。通過對FMCW雷達回波信號的分析研究，在軟件中采用多種信號過濾處理方法，抑制虛假回波引起的突變，提高料位監(jiān)測精度。研究了數(shù)據(jù)庫ADO訪問接口的性能，建立了層次化結(jié)構(gòu)，根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)流程，重點討論了系統(tǒng)框架，串口通信技術(shù)及各信號監(jiān)測分析模塊的具體設(shè)計。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場的實際應(yīng)用，系統(tǒng)各項功能得到了檢驗，其先進性和可靠性得到驗證，體現(xiàn)出其準確性性和靈活性，達到預期設(shè)計目的，并得到了用戶的好
