1、我國乳品加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織分析我國乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的基本結(jié)論:從規(guī)模上看,我國大中型企業(yè)數(shù)量不多,小型企業(yè)占據(jù)著絕大多數(shù)的比例;從產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)來看,民營企業(yè)是乳品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的主力軍,國有經(jīng)濟和三資經(jīng)濟數(shù)量較少;從貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)上看,我國是一個乳品凈進口國;從市場結(jié)構(gòu)上看,乳品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)處于壟斷競爭,并逐步向寡頭壟斷過渡。第四章我國乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)市場行為分析。從價格行為、非價格行為和組織調(diào)整行為來看,對乳品企業(yè)的行為進行實證分析,得出國內(nèi)乳品加工業(yè)逐漸由過度無序競爭向有序規(guī)范的良性競爭過渡。第五章乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)市場績效分析。通過實證分析對乳品市場的不同產(chǎn)權(quán)、不同規(guī)模的企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)進步指標(biāo)進行績效分

5、ei,alsohavespentahugeSUm.indairymarket,theChinesedairymarketdevelopmentisprosperous.However,withcontinuousinfusionofcapital,thecompetitionindomesticdairyindustryisinadisorderstate.Therearemanyproblemsindairyindustry,suchas”dumpingmilk”,”reinstatemilk”,reduplicateconstructionofdairyreso
6、ure,whichmakedairyenterprisesinstateoftightevenloss,andtheconsumersbegantosuspectthequalityofdairy.Reasonsfortheseproblemsaremultifaceted,themainreasoniSthatthemarketstructureofdairyindustryisnotsoundandthemarketbehavioursofdairyprocessingenterprisesisnotirregular.Therefore,howtooptimi
