1、基于環(huán)境——行為關(guān)系的住區(qū)交往空間設(shè)計研究摘要隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，人民的生活水平的提升，人們對于生活品質(zhì)的要求也提升到了一個新的高度。良好的居住環(huán)境和豐富多樣的住區(qū)交往活動成為衡量住區(qū)品質(zhì)的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。然而，在當(dāng)前國內(nèi)市場經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境之下，地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商和設(shè)計從業(yè)人員為了追求高效率和高回報，大范圍地推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計的同時，往往卻忽略了住戶的切身需要和感受。住區(qū)華麗的外表下并不能為住戶帶來豐富的活動，小區(qū)內(nèi)缺乏生機，鄰里間關(guān)系冷漠，在這樣的住區(qū)內(nèi)生活，居民缺乏歸屬感和安全感。因此，研究如何通過住區(qū)環(huán)境特別是住區(qū)交
2、往空間的設(shè)計，使住區(qū)居民的交往活動更加豐富，對于居民的福祉和設(shè)計從業(yè)人員實踐能力的提升都有很大的幫助作用。本文基于環(huán)境行為學(xué)理論和其他建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論以及結(jié)合實例調(diào)研，對居民交往活動的行為、心理特征和住區(qū)交往空間的環(huán)境特征進行研究，然后對照案例調(diào)研的結(jié)果，總結(jié)歸納出住區(qū)交往空間設(shè)計的總體原則和住區(qū)交往空間的設(shè)計策略，以指導(dǎo)和優(yōu)化今后的設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞：住區(qū)交往空間交往活動環(huán)境與行為TheStudyontheDesignofResidentialCommunalSpacesbasedontherelationship

6、curityishardlytocreateintheseareas.Therefore,thestudyonthedesignoflivingenvironmentespeciallythedesignofcommunalspaceofresidentialareaisessentialforimprovingthelivesofresidentsandtherelationshipbetweenneighboursandthatcouldguidethefutureresidentialdesigninCh
