1、摘要維護(hù)礦區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)是礦產(chǎn)資源持續(xù)開發(fā)的前提，是關(guān)系到礦區(qū)建設(shè)，能源資源開發(fā)利用的重要問(wèn)題，也是關(guān)系到礦區(qū)居民生產(chǎn)生活、人與自然和諧共生的重要問(wèn)題。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，我國(guó)在進(jìn)行資源開發(fā)的過(guò)程中，由于環(huán)保意識(shí)淡薄，過(guò)度注重經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，卻忽略了在全力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí)注重生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，造成了大量資源能源的浪費(fèi)，引發(fā)了一系列生態(tài)破壞的問(wèn)題，其中礦區(qū)也成為生態(tài)受損的重災(zāi)區(qū)。礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的滯后成為了礦區(qū)生態(tài)發(fā)展甚至是整個(gè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重大隱患，所以加強(qiáng)礦區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)迫在眉睫。本文從確定礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明的概念入手，通過(guò)歸納的方法梳理了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)關(guān)于礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)和法律制度，
2、并且分析了法律制度存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)探討國(guó)外在關(guān)于礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及對(duì)我國(guó)的借鑒意義，提出了完善我國(guó)礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的具體建議，以期對(duì)我國(guó)礦區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)起到促進(jìn)作用。關(guān)鍵詞：礦區(qū)；生態(tài)文明；法律制度I萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)AbstractThemaintenanceofconstructionofecologicalcivilizationintheminingareaisthepreconditionofsustainabledevelopmentofmineralresourcewhichiscloselyrelatedtomineconstruction,develop
