1、汕頭大學(xué)碩士畢業(yè)論文金玉林:大型紅藻脆江蘺實(shí)驗(yàn)生態(tài)學(xué)初步研究8:1。同時(shí),在最適宜的營養(yǎng)鹽因子環(huán)境條件下,脆江蘺在生化組分(光合色素及可溶性蛋白)和抗氧化能力等方面都表現(xiàn)較好。而在海水總無機(jī)氮濃度過低、氮磷比過高以及NH+4-N在總無機(jī)氮中所占比例較低等條件下,都不利于藻體正常生長,會導(dǎo)致藻體營養(yǎng)不良、生長緩慢。3、脆江蘺在淺海栽培條件下,不同的栽培密度以及不同的栽培深度對其生長速率和產(chǎn)量的影響較大,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明合理栽培的夾苗密度為100g/2m,吊養(yǎng)深度為5cm。實(shí)際栽培生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)該控制栽培密度過高并防止苗繩栽培深度過大。關(guān)鍵詞:脆江蘺;環(huán)境因子;相對生長速率;生化組分;營養(yǎng)鹽II汕

3、ntsuitability,fastgrowthandlargebiomass,G.chouaecanbeusedtoabsorbnitrogenandphosphorusinwater,torepairwaterofeutrophication,andtopreventredwaterbloom.Inordertograspoptimumtemperature,salinity,lightintensity,nutrientsandotherenvironmentalconditionsandexperimentalparametersforgrowthunderlaborat
4、oryconditions.Inthispaper,theeffectsofdifferentphysicalfactors(temperature,salinity,irradiance)andchemicalfactors(totalinorganicnitrogenconcentration,ratiosofnitrogenandphosphorus,ratiosofNO-+-3-N:NH4-N:NO2-N)ontherelativegrowthrate(RGR)ofG.chouaeandbiochemicalconstituentsincludedthecontentso
5、fphotosyntheticpigments,phycoerythrin(R-PE),phycocyanin(R-PC),theactivitiesofsupereoxidedismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)andthecontentofmalondialdehyde(MDA)wereinvestigated.Andmeanwhile,underthemodeofmarineaquiculture,effectsofdifferentculturaldensityandculturaldepthontherelativegrowthrate(RGR)ofG
6、.chouaewereinvestigated.Combiningtotheresultsofindoorecologyexperiment,weexplorethemostappropriateconditionforG.chouae,whichprovidetechnicalguidanceandthebasisforSeacultivationproduction.Theresultswereanalyzedbytheresultofdetermination,wearriveatthefollowingconclusion:1.Underlaboratoryconditi
