1、摘要反滲透(Ro)膜分離技術(shù)已被廣泛應(yīng)用在廢水處理過(guò)程中。但反滲透過(guò)程水回收率一般在70%左右,工業(yè)廢水經(jīng)RO過(guò)程處理后仍有約30%左右的濃縮液排放,不可避免地造成更嚴(yán)重環(huán)境污染。本論文即針對(duì)RO濃水處理問(wèn)題,采用新型聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纖維疏水膜,進(jìn)行減壓膜蒸餾(VMD)法RO濃水處理過(guò)程研究。首先,研究了VMD過(guò)程中各操作條件,如待處理液溫度、流速,冷側(cè)真空度等對(duì)VMD過(guò)程膜性能的影響,得出了較優(yōu)操作條件。結(jié)果表明,在待處理的RO濃水溫度70℃,流速0.66m/s,冷側(cè)真空度.0.080MPa條件下,VM
2、D過(guò)程通量達(dá)到23.0kg/(’m2·h):RO濃水處理量達(dá)6L,濃縮10倍時(shí),VMD過(guò)程通量為7.4kg/(m2.h)。研究表明RO濃水中硬度組分在膜面的沉積是造成通量衰減的主要原因。針對(duì)RO濃水中的硬度組分沉積問(wèn)題,開(kāi)展RO濃水除硬過(guò)程研究。研究了RO濃水濃度,除硬藥劑的種類(lèi)、比例、投加量及方式等對(duì)除硬效果的影響。經(jīng)過(guò)方法優(yōu)化,在pH值為11.4左右的條件下,可將RO濃水中硬度去除96%以上。綜合VMD與除硬實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,針對(duì)RO濃水的高效濃縮處理,設(shè)計(jì)了“減壓膜蒸餾.化學(xué)除硬.超濾.二次濃縮"耦合過(guò)程。石化廢水的
3、RO濃水,經(jīng)此耦合過(guò)程處理后,產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率保持在7,S/cm以下,在溫度為75"C條件下,過(guò)程初始通量達(dá)27.2kg/(mZ-h),RO濃水被濃縮至120倍時(shí),過(guò)程通量仍保持在12.5kg/(m2.h)。最后,研究了VMD法RO濃水處理過(guò)程中PVDF中空纖維膜性能衰減與恢復(fù)方法。針對(duì)對(duì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)中的膜污染,采用pH值范圍為2.3的鹽酸溶液酸洗之后,膜通量的恢復(fù)率達(dá)到97%左右。關(guān)鍵詞:減壓膜蒸餾,聚偏氟乙烯(PⅥ)F),疏水微孔膜,脫鹽,RO濃水AbstractReverseOsmosis(Ro)membranetech
