1、接要摘要建筑節(jié)能是整個(gè)社會(huì)節(jié)能中重要和關(guān)鍵的子系統(tǒng),居住建筑節(jié)能是整個(gè)建筑節(jié)能領(lǐng)域中最重要的組成部分。圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)室內(nèi)環(huán)境及建筑能耗會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大影響,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)具有高效的隔熱保溫性能,滿足節(jié)能建筑熱工設(shè)計(jì)的要求。根據(jù)《居住建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,本文重點(diǎn)研究北方寒冷地區(qū)居住建筑外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)各個(gè)組成部分的保溫體系,分析了滿足節(jié)能65%新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的外墻外保溫體系、屋面和地面系統(tǒng)、門窗體系、建筑遮陽(yáng)體系的技術(shù)要點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)研究了各保溫體系的工作原理、材料組成、施工工藝、性能評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,探討各種保溫系統(tǒng)對(duì)于新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用性,研究其滿
2、足新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所應(yīng)達(dá)到的基本條件,各種系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),所適應(yīng)的不同的結(jié)構(gòu)類型。通過(guò)詳盡的市場(chǎng)調(diào)查獲得第一手資料。通過(guò)選取有代表性的生產(chǎn)廠家,研究不同產(chǎn)品的施工工藝,獲取產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià),歸納出針對(duì)不同類型和檔次的居住建筑所適用的保溫體系,進(jìn)行了墻體保溫、門窗、遮陽(yáng)等系統(tǒng)的保溫試驗(yàn),記錄了各保溫體系施工的全過(guò)程。總結(jié)了各保溫體系在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的若干問(wèn)題,驗(yàn)證了各保溫體系的實(shí)用性。為新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的推廣打下了基礎(chǔ),為今后房地產(chǎn)商在居住建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫體系的選取和應(yīng)用積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:居住建筑、外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、65%節(jié)能與保溫^BSTl己ACT
