1、碩上論文基于壓電電纜的車輛摘要本文提出了采用多股壓電電纜進行車輛動態(tài)稱重的方案,并對方案進行了驗證;詳細研究了壓電電纜的輸出信號波形;構(gòu)建了應(yīng)用簡便的多股壓電電纜動態(tài)稱重平板。完成了多次載荷動態(tài)測量實驗,設(shè)計了適宜的信號平滑降噪處理方案,獲得大量可用的實驗數(shù)據(jù);針對溫度對壓電電纜的輸出結(jié)果影響較大的情況,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)溫度補償方案;基于實驗數(shù)據(jù),通過系統(tǒng)辨識得到了車輛動態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)模型,并對實驗?zāi)P瓦M行了實驗驗證;通過實驗總結(jié)了車輛輪胎中心通過承重板位置的改變對稱重結(jié)果的影響。為了實現(xiàn)工程運用,設(shè)計了車輛動態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)的硬件電路;設(shè)計了基于AD823運算放大器的電荷放大電路、基于CY8C2
2、7243的模擬濾波電路和基于TLVl571的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換電路以及DSP與上位機之間的異步串口通信電路等。配合硬件電路,設(shè)計了CY8C27243的軟件程序以及基于DSP的數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、信號處理程序以及串口通訊程序;為了方便用戶讀取數(shù)據(jù),利用VisualBasic編制了數(shù)據(jù)采集界面;進行了實驗調(diào)試,調(diào)試結(jié)果表明硬件電路和軟件程序能夠滿足系統(tǒng)的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:壓電電纜,車輛動態(tài)稱重,數(shù)據(jù)采集,系統(tǒng)辨識,溫度補償Abstract碩士論文TheprogramofavehicleWIMwitllmulti-strandpiezoelectriccablewasproposedandverifiedi
