4、ientcentrifugationanddifferentPLA,Xi’an710032,adherentmethod,thenproliferationinvitro.Morphologywasexaminedbyphasecontrastmicroscopy,andthegrowthcurveShaanxiProvince,ofculturedMSCswasdrawnviaMTTresults.MSCsweretreatedwithosteogeneticinductor(L-DMEM/F12,10%fetalbovineChinaserum,0.1μmol/Ldexam
5、ethasone,200μmol/LvitaminC,10mmol/Lβ-phosphoglycerol),adiposeinductor(L-DMEM/F12,10%XuCheng-feng★,FBS,1μmol/Ldexamethasone,200μmol/Lantifani,0.5mmol/LIBMX,10μg/mLinsulin),andchondrocytesinductorStudyingformaster’s(L-DMEM/F12,10%FBS,10μg/LTGF-β1,0.1μmol/Ldexamethasone,50μmol/LvitaminC,6.25mg/
6、Linsulin)todifferentiateddegree,Physician,intoosteoblast,dipocytesandchondrocytes.Andthedifferentiatedcellswereidentifiedbyalkalinephosphatasestaining,oilredDepartmentofBurnsandCutaneousOstaining,andtoluidinebluestaining,respectively.Surgery,BurnsRESULTSANDCONCLUSION:Bonemarrow-derivedMSCsca
