2、程建設(shè)委員會(huì)辦公室,北京100053;4.揚(yáng)州大學(xué),江蘇揚(yáng)州225009;5.江蘇省水利勘測設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,江蘇揚(yáng)州225009)摘要:根據(jù)南水北調(diào)東線一期工程燈泡貫流泵站設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)需要,以南水北調(diào)金湖泵站設(shè)計(jì)工況為基礎(chǔ),自主研制開發(fā)貫流泵水力模型裝置,利用FLUENT軟件進(jìn)行了CFD流場計(jì)算分析和設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化。通過天津同臺(tái)測試和專家鑒定,研制開發(fā)的兩套水力模型裝置最優(yōu)工況點(diǎn)效率分別達(dá)到79.4%和81.9%,空化比轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到1100以上。裝置模型綜合性能良好,運(yùn)行范圍寬,適用于1.0~4.5m的
