1、高電壓技術(shù)第39卷第3期2013年3月31日668HighVoltageEngineering,Vol.39,No.3,March31,2013基于屏蔽暗箱窗口法的材料電磁脈沖屏蔽效能時域測試陳翔,陳永光,魏明,胡小鋒(軍械工程學(xué)院靜電與電磁防護(hù)研究所,石家莊050003)摘要:針對現(xiàn)有材料電磁脈沖屏蔽效能時域測試方法的不足,提出使用屏蔽暗箱窗口法進(jìn)行材料屏蔽效能的時域測試。分別在頻域和時域分析了影響材料屏蔽效能測試的因素,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果搭建了屏蔽暗箱窗口法的時域測試系統(tǒng)。在搭建的系統(tǒng)中測量了有、無屏蔽材料時的時域波形參數(shù),并計算了峰值比值屏蔽效能。結(jié)果表明:測試點應(yīng)靠近
2、窗口;窗口尺寸的改變比箱體尺寸的改變對于測試結(jié)果的影響更大,應(yīng)盡量選擇大尺寸窗口;時域測試中脈沖上升時間應(yīng)<1ns。實測頻域試驗表明,采用屏蔽暗箱窗口法與屏蔽室窗口法的測試結(jié)果基本一致,總體比法蘭同軸法的測試結(jié)果偏大。綜上所述,屏蔽暗箱窗口法有很好的適用性,能夠可靠評價材料的時域屏蔽效能。關(guān)鍵詞:屏蔽暗箱;窗口法;平面屏蔽材料;屏蔽效能;時域測試;CST仿真DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6520.2013.03.024文章編號:1003-6520(2013)03-0668-07Time-domainTestforElectromagneticPulseS
