4、(1.北京科技大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083;2.工業(yè)典型污染物資源化處理北京市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100083)摘要:以吸附氨氮飽和的斜發(fā)沸石為研究對(duì)象,分別采用單獨(dú)微波輻射及微波輔助溶劑法對(duì)其進(jìn)行再生研究.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),單獨(dú)微波輻射再生效果較差,功率462W,微波輻射12min,飽和沸石再次去除率為32.31%,再生率僅為44.88%;添加NaCl和NaOH混合液可以大大增強(qiáng)飽和沸石的再生效果,在NaCl和NaOH混合液濃度均為0.01mol/L,固液比1∶50,功率700W,微波輻射4min時(shí),最佳去除率為71.92%,再生率接近100%.通過(guò)
5、FT-IR,SEM,EDS等測(cè)試手段對(duì)改性、吸附、再生前后的沸石分析發(fā)現(xiàn),沸石在改性、吸附、再生過(guò)程中主要發(fā)生的是不同陽(yáng)離子間交換過(guò)程.微波輻射加速了NH+與Na+交換過(guò)程且4加深了離子交換平衡程度,因此微波輔助溶劑法具有再生迅速、完全,多次再生效果基本不衰減的優(yōu)點(diǎn).關(guān)鍵詞:氨氮;飽和沸石;微波;再生;離子交換中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):X703文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ADOI:10.16339/j.cnki.hdxbzkb.2016.12.022RegenerationofModifiedZeoliteSaturatedwithAmmoniaNitrogenbyMicrowav
