1、第22卷第11期化學(xué)研究與應(yīng)用Vo1.22,No.112010年11月ChemicalResearchandApplicationNov.,2010文章編號(hào):1004-1656(2010)11—1450-05高固含量低粘度丙烯酸液壓敏膠的制備馮小平,李勝華,何偉,王玲玲(航天科技集團(tuán)公司四院四十二所,湖北襄樊441003)摘要:采用常規(guī)種子乳液聚合法合成出了固含量為65%、粘度小于400mPa·S的乳液壓敏膠,研究了共聚單體、乳化劑、引發(fā)劑、緩沖劑及種子乳液量對(duì)丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液粘度和聚合穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:含羧基
2、和羥基的功能單體對(duì)乳液的粘度和聚合穩(wěn)定性影響較大;乳液壓敏膠粘度隨乳化劑量在預(yù)乳化液中所占比例增大及種子乳液量的增大而增大,隨引發(fā)劑過硫酸銨(APS)用量增大而降低,隨緩沖劑碳酸氫鈉在預(yù)乳化液中所占比例增大先增大后減小;乳液壓敏膠的聚合凝膠率隨乳化劑量在預(yù)乳化液中所占比例增大及種子乳液量降低而減小,當(dāng)APS為單體量的0.3%,NaHCO,在預(yù)乳化液和反應(yīng)中的比例為2/4時(shí),乳液凝膠率最低。關(guān)鍵詞:高固含量;丙烯酸酯;壓敏膠;乳液聚合酉中圖分類匕號(hào)日:0632.51文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A—胥孑uPreparationofemul
