1、上海大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要為了研究W-Ni.Fe高比重合金的冷軋變形特征,本文首次將液相燒結(jié)板坯93W..4.9Ni.2.1Fe在二輥扳材冷軋機上進(jìn)行冷軋變形處理,制備了不同變形量的冷軋板材試樣。采用數(shù)碼金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡和x.射線衍射儀以及電子拉伸測試機、顯微硬度計等檢測手段分別對試樣的顯微組織、相結(jié)構(gòu)的織構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行了分析和研究。結(jié)果表明,隨著冷軋變形量的增大,W-Ni-Fe高比重合金的變形行為、晶粒擇優(yōu)取向和拉伸斷裂方式均發(fā)生了顯著變化,從而影響材料的力學(xué)性能。具體表現(xiàn)為:隨著冷軋變形量的增大,w相和Ni.Fe相冷軋硬化具有
2、不同的特征:當(dāng)冷軋變形量60%時,w顆粒呈纖維狀,w顆粒的變形對整體變形起主要作用,成為宏觀變形的主要因素。冷軋變形過程是w顆粒從剛性轉(zhuǎn)動與相對位移向塑性變形的轉(zhuǎn)變。隨著冷軋變形量的增大,W-Ni.Fe板材的織構(gòu)組分由燒結(jié)態(tài)板坯主要由{111)面織構(gòu)
3、轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閧001}<110>板織構(gòu),{111}面織構(gòu)強度先增強后減弱,{001}<110>板織構(gòu)逐漸增強,織構(gòu)的存在及其組分的轉(zhuǎn)變導(dǎo)致了板材呈現(xiàn)各向異性特征。燒結(jié)態(tài)板坯試樣拉伸斷口主要以W顆粒與Ni.Fe相之間的界面分離和W-w界面分離為主的斷口形貌,隨著冷軋變形量的增大,試樣斷口過渡到以W顆粒自身的解理斷裂為主的斷口形貌,w顆粒的解理斷裂所占的比例逐漸增多,這是合金材料強度提高的主要原因。關(guān)鍵詞:高比重合金冷軋變形織構(gòu)上海大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文Abstract93W-4.9Ni一2.IFeheavyalloysheetswerefabricatedbymea
