1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展迫切需要建立開放的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的能量管理系統(tǒng)(EMS)以及其它電力控制中心系統(tǒng)與應(yīng)用,國際電工委員會的IEC61970EMS.API系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)即為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)而制定。實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)是調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)支撐平臺乃至整個系統(tǒng)的核心內(nèi)容,文中從數(shù)據(jù)庫定義、數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問3個方面討論了遵循IEC61970標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文提出系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)劃分成三層(基礎(chǔ)支持層、構(gòu)建層、應(yīng)用工具層),每一層均完成一個重要的作用,三層結(jié)構(gòu)緊密結(jié)合構(gòu)成該實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)庫定義以CIM為基礎(chǔ),數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)體采用磁盤文件映射的內(nèi)
2、存管理機(jī)制。數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問采用通用數(shù)據(jù)模型,屏蔽不同數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問細(xì)節(jié),對外提供統(tǒng)一的編程接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的透明訪問。本論文的研究成果已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于北海銀河高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)股份有限公司新一代電力調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)的實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)完成了系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)測試,并在工程項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行了試運(yùn)行。實(shí)際測試與現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行情況表明,該系統(tǒng)具有高可靠性,高可用性,高可維護(hù)性,并具有優(yōu)異的開放性,以其建立的調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)能夠便捷地與其他系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息一體化。關(guān)鍵詞:EMS、CIM、CIS、數(shù)據(jù)庫、調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractWiththedevelopmentofpowerindu

4、agementsystem(DBMS)isthesupportingplatformofthedispatchingautomaticsystemaswellasthecoreofthewholesystem.Thereal-timedatabasefollowsthestandardsofIEC61970CIM/CIS,andalsoisthekeytothestandardizationandmoddarizationofanewgenerationofsystem.Thispaperdiscussesthedesignandrealizationofthe
5、real-timeDBMSinthefollowingaspects:databasedefinition,databaserealization,anddatabaseaccess.Thesystemstructureisdividedintothreelayers(tbefoundation-supportedlayer,structuredlayer,application-toolslayer),eachlayercompletesanimportantfunction,threelayersofstructurecombineandformthisre
6、al-timedatabasesystem.ThedatabasedefinitionisbasedonCIM.ThedatabaseentityadoptsthememorymanagementapproachthroughwhichthediskfilesCanbemappedintothevirtualmemorydirectly.Database∞cessappliestheCDAmethodwhichscreensthevisitingdetailsofdifferentdatabases,offerstheunifiedprogramminginte
7、rface,andrealizesthetransparentvisittothedata.Thisreal-timeDBMSsoftwarehasbeenappliedintheYH-1:edldispatchautomationsystem.Thissystemhaspassedfunctiontestwitlltheinspectionthatisoperatedlive.Theactualoperationresultshows,itisahighreliable,usable,maintainableandopeningsystem.Thedispat
