1、武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1頁摘要本文采用CSP生產(chǎn)的冷軋基板作為原料,在武漢科技大學(xué)實驗室采用o180X200ram二輥可逆軋機、sG-7.5—10鹽浴爐、RYz一12—10預(yù)抽真空爐進行了冷變形實驗、再結(jié)晶實驗、冷軋和退火實驗。通過冷變形實驗及再結(jié)晶實驗,進行了加工硬化和再結(jié)晶的行為研究。測定了實驗冷軋基板的加工硬化曲線、建立了變形抗力模型、確定了冷軋板再結(jié)晶溫度并分析了冷變形過程和再結(jié)晶過程的組織變化。通過冷軋和退火實驗,研究了在退火溫度為6809C,保溫時間240min條件下,冷軋壓下率(分別為5
2、0%,60%,70%,75%,80%)對冷軋板深沖性能和組織的影響;研究了總壓下率為70%條件下,退火溫度680℃,保溫時間分別為240min、360min及退火溫度710℃,保溫時間240min等3個不同退火工藝對冷軋板深沖性能和組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:CSP工藝生產(chǎn)的熱軋帶鋼作冷軋基板的加工硬化特性同傳統(tǒng)長流程工藝生產(chǎn)的熱軋帶鋼作基板基本一致;在漣鋼CSP條件下,冷軋工藝和退火工藝是影響冷軋板深沖性能的重要因素;對于研究鋼種在相同退火工藝下,獲得較好深沖性能的冷軋壓下率應(yīng)為75%左右;在冷軋壓下率為70
