1、武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要PZT,PMN—PT以及PZN—PT等鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)的含鉛陶瓷具有良好的壓電和機(jī)電轉(zhuǎn)化性能。但鉛是一種有毒元素,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中氧化鉛的揮發(fā)易造成環(huán)境的污染。開(kāi)發(fā)無(wú)鉛壓電陶瓷替代含鉛陶瓷是目前壓電材料領(lǐng)域的研究重點(diǎn)。本文介紹了當(dāng)前無(wú)鉛壓電陶瓷的種類以及Ko5Nao.sNb03(簡(jiǎn)稱KNN)陶瓷的研究現(xiàn)狀,從三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)了織構(gòu)型Ko5Nao5Nb03陶瓷制備工藝和性能的研究:(1)設(shè)計(jì)并確定了非水基流延成型工藝作為織構(gòu)陶瓷制備工藝。以NaNb03和KNb03的混合物作陶瓷粉料,采用正交設(shè)計(jì)法確定了流延漿料的配比,配置了固相體積含量為16.3
2、%的穩(wěn)定漿料,流延形成均勻的陶瓷膜。切片疊片后壓制成陶瓷素胚,并于常壓下燒結(jié),制備了相對(duì)密度為98%的KNN陶瓷;(2)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室已有專利的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了NaNb03模板的合成工藝,確定了NaCl熔鹽等于反應(yīng)物8wt%時(shí),合成的片狀模板的擇優(yōu)取向性最佳;(31采用流延成型工藝,加入10%的NaNb03模板,常壓下1100℃燒結(jié)1小時(shí),RTGG法制得了織構(gòu)度為74%,相對(duì)密度為92%的織構(gòu)陶瓷。陶瓷片在常溫油浴中以5kv/mm極化15分鐘,得到壓電常數(shù),d33=117pC/N。實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比了RTGG和TGG兩種織構(gòu)方法,證明了RTGG法制得的織構(gòu)陶瓷具有更高

6、cutandlaminatedtofabricategreencompacts.ARerremovaloforganicsubstancesfromthecompacts,thedenseKNNceramicswith98%ofTDCanbeachievedbyordinarysinteringinair.(2)Plate-likeNaNb03particlesastemplatecanbesynthesizedbyimprovedMoltenSaltSynthesis,whenthecontentofNaClasafluxequaledtO8wt%ofr
