1、摘要以五水合硝酸鉍【Bi(N03)·5H20】和鈦酸四丁酯【n(Oc4H9)4】為原料,NaoH為礦化荊,采用水熱法在堿性介質(zhì)中合成了鈦酸鉍納米片。研究了水熱反應(yīng)的溶劑、溫度、時(shí)間、礦化劑濃度等參數(shù)以及模板劑對(duì)產(chǎn)物物相和形貌的影響,確定合成層狀鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)鈦酸鉍納米片的水熱條件。利用x射線衍射ⅨRDl、掃描電鏡(sEM)、透射電鏡呷M)、選區(qū)電子衍射(sAED)、x射線熒光光譜()(1評(píng)s)、x射線光電予能譜(xPs)、傅立葉變換紅外(兀1R)、拉曼光譜(Raman)等技術(shù)研究鈦酸鉍納米片的物相和結(jié)構(gòu)。采用光致發(fā)光光
2、譜(PU等研究鈦酸鉍納米片的光學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,在200℃,礦化劑濃度為1mol/I。水熱反應(yīng)12h能夠合成形狀規(guī)則,厚度在20~30nm,長(zhǎng)寬達(dá)幾百納米的正交層狀鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)單晶鈦酸鉍納米片,納米片的帶軸方向?yàn)椤?0i】方向,并初步探討了片狀鈦酸鉍納米片的水熱生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理以及形貌產(chǎn)生原因。RamaIl光譜表明,隨著反應(yīng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),鈦酸鉍納米片的譜帶發(fā)生一定的寬化:光致發(fā)光光譜表明,鈦酸鉍納米片在470帆(2.64eV)處有一個(gè)藍(lán)光發(fā)射峰而在397nm(3.12eV)處有一個(gè)紫光發(fā)射峰。對(duì)鈦酸鉍納米片的合成、結(jié)構(gòu)及光學(xué)性
