1、摘要Y909351以BaC03一S妃03.Nb205一H2S04一C6H807·H20原料為反應(yīng)體系,采用有機(jī)凝膠低溫?zé)峤夥ㄖ苽涑鰡蜗嗨姆芥u青銅結(jié)構(gòu)、粒徑分布窄、平均粒徑為40納米的Bao5sro5Nb206粉體。首次以Ba05sro5Nbz06納米粉體為原料燒結(jié)高致密度的Bao5sro5Nb206陶瓷,大幅度地降低了燒結(jié)溫度和晶粒尺寸;有機(jī)凝膠法制備的納米sro5Ba05Nb:06粉體進(jìn)行常規(guī)燒結(jié)可以得到晶粒尺寸細(xì)小均勻、物相純凈的Sro5Bao5Nb206陶瓷。另一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)則是通過(guò)熱解得到的納米Sro5Ba05Nb206粉體本身就是四方相
2、鎢青銅結(jié)構(gòu),在燒結(jié)過(guò)程不發(fā)生固相反應(yīng)排除r生成其他相的可能。較低的燒結(jié)溫度還排除了晶粒異常長(zhǎng)大的可能。于溶膠制備過(guò)程中摻雜Ce(NO,)3·6HzO,采用凝膠低溫?zé)峤夥ㄖ苽浼{米Ba。5sro5CexNb206。(x=O.01、O,02、O.04)粉體,所獲得粉體為單相四方鎢青銅結(jié)構(gòu),平均粒徑30納米。首次以Ba05sr05Ce。Nb206T。(x=O.01、o.02、O.04)納米粉體為原料燒結(jié)致密度高的Bao5Sr05cexNb20?陶瓷,-人幅度地降低了燒結(jié)溫度(300℃)。摻雜鈰的陶瓷燒結(jié)溫度與純千HSBN50+N同,且隨鈰含量的增加
