1、快速凝固四元鋁基合金顯微組織及性能的研究摘要本文利用單輥旋淬技術(shù)分別制備了快速凝固四元A185Zr4Nb4Ni7、AlR‘Y4Nd4X7(X=Fe、Co、Ni)合金薄帶,利用XRD、DSC和TEM等分析手段對(duì)每種快凝合金薄帶的急冷態(tài)、退火態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究,采用7l型顯微硬度儀測(cè)試樣品貼輥面一側(cè)的顯微硬度。分析了過(guò)渡族元素和稀土元素對(duì)各快凝合金的顯微組織和性能的影響。分析研究在高溫情況下快速凝固A185Zr4Nb4Ni7、A185Y4Nd4Ni7、AIssY4Nd4Fe7和A18sY4Nd4C07合金的相及組織演化的過(guò)程。研究表明過(guò)渡族金屬元素Fe、Co、Ni以及稀
2、土元素Y和Nd的加入對(duì)于快速凝固AI—RE.TM合金的熱穩(wěn)定性和非晶的形成都有很重要的影響,過(guò)渡族金屬元素Fe、Co、Ni的加入可以提高合金的熱穩(wěn)定性。稀土元素Y和Nd由于同Al原子之間有較大的負(fù)混合熱而有利于非品的形成。分析還發(fā)現(xiàn)在非晶組織上彌散分布有納米鋁顆粒的組織熱穩(wěn)定性顯著提高。并且探討了非晶合金中的化學(xué)短程序在凝固過(guò)程中對(duì)非晶形成的影響,利用盧柯等人提出的非晶態(tài)合金晶化機(jī)制解釋了非晶的晶化現(xiàn)象。這將能夠?yàn)榭焖倌趟脑X合金的基礎(chǔ)研究工作和實(shí)際的工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:快速凝固,Al—Zr—Nb-Ni合金,AI.Y-Nd.X(X=Fe、Co、Ni

6、studyindicatesthattheadditionsofFe,CoandNitransitionmetalsandY’Ndrareearthelementsarevitalinfluenceonthethermalstabilityandformationofamorphousstructuresofthemelt—spunAI—Re—TMalloys.theadditionsofFe,CoandNitransitionmetalscanimprovethethermalstabilityofthesealloys.Thenegativeenthalp
7、yofmixingbetweenAIandY.NdelementsisbeneficialtotheglassformationofA1一basedalloys.ThethermalstabilityoftheamorphousalloyscontainingnannoscaleA1particalsishigherthanthosecompleteamorphousalloysThearticlediscussthechemicalshort-rangeordersinthoseamorphousalloysinfluenceontheglassformat
