1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文轎車直齒圓錐齒輪冷精鍛工藝研究姓名:何常青申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):材料加工工程指導(dǎo)教師:夏巨諶20050428華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要齒輪作為汽車的一個(gè)重要傳動(dòng)零件近年來隨著汽車工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展對其生產(chǎn)已有更高的要求隨著冷鍛技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展齒輪特別是轎車直齒圓錐齒輪可以用冷精鍛技術(shù)生產(chǎn)冷精鍛齒輪與傳統(tǒng)加工方法生產(chǎn)的齒輪相比具有節(jié)約材料機(jī)械性能好生產(chǎn)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)是當(dāng)今齒輪特別是轎車齒輪生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展趨勢根據(jù)我國轎車制造工藝的迅速發(fā)展和課題組承擔(dān)的轎車直齒圓錐齒輪冷精鍛工藝研究項(xiàng)目的需要本文著重研究轎車直齒圓錐齒輪的冷精鍛工藝及成形規(guī)律
2、通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)了解了冷鍛技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢以及圓錐齒輪冷精鍛生產(chǎn)存在的問題分析了我國與國外冷精鍛水平的差距并且對齒輪冷精鍛生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測在介紹了精密成形技術(shù)的幾種類型后針對轎車直齒圓錐齒輪的冷精鍛生產(chǎn)工藝介紹了冷精鍛直齒圓錐齒輪的成形原理以及冷精鍛的特點(diǎn)和冷精鍛生產(chǎn)轎車直齒圓錐齒輪的優(yōu)點(diǎn)根據(jù)特定的轎車直齒錐齒輪計(jì)算并給出了其各項(xiàng)技術(shù)參數(shù)并對其進(jìn)行了三維幾何造型和模具設(shè)計(jì)制定了冷精鍛生產(chǎn)的工藝方案總結(jié)出了冷精鍛成形的主要影響因素以上述成果為基礎(chǔ)通過試驗(yàn)探討了冷精鍛成形規(guī)律并且按照成形規(guī)律設(shè)計(jì)出了優(yōu)化的模具結(jié)構(gòu)通過試驗(yàn)論證得到了預(yù)期的成
