1、山東大學碩士學位論文ABSTRACTItiswellknownthatthequalityofaluminumalloyshasmuchtodowiththehydrogencontentinthealloys.The叮dehydrogenationofaluminumalloysisthenhighimportancetostudy.Inthisthesis,aseriesofexperimentshavebeenmadetostudytherelationbetweenhydrogenandaluminummelts.Theoreticala

2、nalysisbasedontheseexperimentshasbeenalsogivenhereinorderthatamacroscopicrelationbetweenhydrogenandaluminummeltscanberevealed,andthatagoodfoundationcanbelaidforfurtherstudyofdehydrogenationtechnology.Quantitativecorrelationsofhydrogencontentwithmeltingtemperature,meltingtime,

3、impuritiesandtheenvironmentalhumidityhavebeeninvestigated.SomeexperimentalmethodslikedehydrogenationtechnologyunderavacuumcircumstanceandthecombineddehydrogenationtechnologyofgaseousnitrogentogetherwithSDJ一1fluxhavebeenexclusivelydiscussed.Theexperimentsindicatethathydrogenco

4、ntentinthealuminummeltswillincreaseastemperatureincreasesandtheincrementwillnotbesohigh.Theimpuritieswillhoweverdecreaseastemperatureincreases.Thecontentofhydrogeninmeltswillincreasewhenthemeltingtimeisprolonged.Inspectionontherelationbetweenimpuritiesandhydrogencontentinmelt

5、sdeducesthatmostofhydrogenentersthemeltsbywayofimpurities.Ahighimpuritycontentcorrespondsalwaystoahighhydrogencontentinmoltenaluminumalloys.Itisalsofoundintheexperimentsthathigherhumidityandoverheatingwillincreasethecontentofhydrogen,山東大學碩士學位論文especiallytheinfluenceofhumidity

6、.Uponthisfact,meltingaluminumalloysinvacuumisstudied.Withvacuityincreasing,thecontentofhydrogeninaluminummeltswilldecreaseanditwillreachafairlylowlevel.Similarly,nitrogenandSDJ一1fluxcanalsoreducethecontentofhydrogeninaluminummeltsandobtainasatisfactoryeffectofdehydrogenation.
