1、摘要在通信市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天,大客戶對(duì)于運(yùn)營(yíng)商的重要性不言而喻。80%的通信收入來(lái)源于20%的大客戶。發(fā)展大客戶用戶,可以使運(yùn)營(yíng)商在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得更大的價(jià)值利益。為了改進(jìn)大客戶售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量和響應(yīng)時(shí)間,提高客戶滿意度和市場(chǎng)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,降低大客戶相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)維護(hù)工作的復(fù)雜度,需要盡快建設(shè)以客戶和業(yè)務(wù)為管理中心的大客戶網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)。本文所研究的大客戶網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)多專業(yè)、綜合化的管理系統(tǒng);它是收集、傳輸、處理和存儲(chǔ)有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理信息的一個(gè)綜合管理系統(tǒng):它能夠讓后臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理部門集中和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控大客戶業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行狀況,先于客戶發(fā)現(xiàn)故障,變被動(dòng)維護(hù)為主動(dòng)維護(hù),
2、確保大客戶故障及時(shí)得到處理,快速提升大客戶業(yè)務(wù)的保障能力。它體現(xiàn)了集中化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理理念,也將是未來(lái)網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。研究的主要工作有對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)系統(tǒng)框架及告警管理子模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及測(cè)試。采用TMN與J2EE技術(shù)結(jié)合的技術(shù)路線,提出了一種全新的結(jié)合T心功能模型和分布式技術(shù)的跨平臺(tái)、多接口設(shè)計(jì)方案,成功解決了對(duì)混合網(wǎng)元及多個(gè)專業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的綜合管理。本文的最后描述了測(cè)試的環(huán)境、方法,并選取最有代表性的部分測(cè)試用例進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,進(jìn)而對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的情況做了介紹。最后對(duì)整個(gè)論文的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了有待進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的地方,并對(duì)該方案的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。關(guān)鍵字
