2、繩在斷裂前的脆性斷絲數(shù)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的報(bào)廢要求，即該繩”帶病工作蔦承載力嚴(yán)重降低，在過(guò)大的解卡載荷下，剩余鋼絲不足以承受工作載荷，而導(dǎo)致斷裂.筆者建議在今后的修井作業(yè)過(guò)程中，定期對(duì)鋼絲繩和輪槽進(jìn)行檢查，及時(shí)更換不滿足使用要求的鋼絲繩,輪槽;鋼絲繩使用過(guò)程中采用合理的潤(rùn)滑方法進(jìn)行維護(hù);在鋼絲繩保存和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)期間，避免對(duì)鋼絲繩造成損傷影響使用壽命;對(duì)于輪式修井機(jī)改用鋼芯鋼絲繩，避免結(jié)構(gòu)破壞;鑒于卷筒旋向，今后應(yīng)改用右捻鋼絲繩?在修井作業(yè)過(guò)程中，解卡作業(yè)嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷施工.關(guān)鍵詞:石油修井作業(yè)機(jī);鋼絲繩;斷裂失效機(jī)理;采樣研究;安全建議屮圖分類號(hào)：X941
