1、摘要本文首先以聚苯乙烯微球(Ps)為成核基體,利用異相成核技術(shù),制備了核殼復(fù)合粒子PS/鋇鐵氧體前驅(qū)物(BFP),然后用熱處理方法對其進(jìn)行空心化處理和晶形轉(zhuǎn)變處理。利用ZetaPALS無機(jī)/有機(jī)多功能Zeta電位/粒度分析儀、紅外光譜分析儀、綜合熱分析儀、x射線衍射儀和透射電鏡對在熱處理前后的核殼復(fù)合粒子進(jìn)行了分析表征,并利用振動樣品磁強(qiáng)計測試了經(jīng)熱處理后樣品的靜磁特性。以過硫酸鐘(KSP)為引發(fā)劑,采用無皂乳液聚合法制備了Ps微球。實驗結(jié)果表明:在實驗中由于采用的引發(fā)劑為KSP,故在制得的PS乳膠粒鏈術(shù)端鏈結(jié)的是陰離子基團(tuán).SO。一,使得PS粒子表面的Zeta電位為負(fù)值。而微球問
2、的靜電斥力作用,保證了微球在水中的分散性和穩(wěn)定性。當(dāng)在反應(yīng)體系中只改變引發(fā)劑濃度,其它影響因素恒定時,Ps微球的粒徑隨著引發(fā)劑濃度的增大而減小。以表面帶負(fù)電荷的Ps微球為成核基體,利用異相成核技術(shù),先使Ba“和Fe“富集在Ps微球表面,再加入Ba“和Fe”的沉淀劑,使Ba“和Fe“以沉淀的形式包裹在PS微球的表面形成核殼復(fù)合粒子PS/BFP,因為反應(yīng)體系是在堿性條件下結(jié)束的,從而使粒子表面帶負(fù)電荷。真空干燥后的核殼復(fù)合粒子在不經(jīng)任何表面修飾就可進(jìn)行多層包裹BFP。用熱處理方法對用熱處理方法對其空心化處理和晶形轉(zhuǎn)變處理。熱處理過程表明,PS微球在3000C左右就發(fā)生了分解反應(yīng),BFP

7、.Thezetapotentialofcore—shellcompositeparticleswerestillminus,somultiplelayersofBFPOllthesurfaceofmicrospherescouldbeobtained.Thecore—shellcompositeparticlesPS/BFPwereheat—treated.Theprocessofheat.treatmentshowedthatPSmicrosphereswerede
