1、機械科學研究總院碩士學位論文摘要環(huán)保型三價鉻電鍍工藝研究摘要目前,三價鉻電鍍工藝己經(jīng)成為取代重污染六價鉻電鍍的最重要技術之一。對三價鉻電鍍工藝進行深入研究并使其在實際生產(chǎn)中得到大規(guī)模推廣應用,對突破國外技術壁壘、實現(xiàn)我國電鍍行業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)等都具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實和戰(zhàn)略意義。本論文從三價鉻電鍍工藝的三大技術難題出發(fā),分別對硫酸鹽體系和氯化物體系三價鉻電鍍裝飾鉻工藝進行了深入研究。通過Hull槽試驗、小槽掛鍍試驗和放大試驗,制備出硫酸鹽體系三價鉻電鍍所用DSA陽極和氯化物體系三價鉻電鍍所用石墨陽極,確定出兩種體系的全套工藝規(guī)范,并對陰陽極反應機理進行了詳細探討。工
