1、碩士論文水反應(yīng)性鋁基、鎂基復(fù)合粉的制備及其特性研究摘要目前,水反應(yīng)性金屬粉已成為新型水下推進系統(tǒng)的研究熱點和重點。本論文針對水反應(yīng)性鋁基、鎂基復(fù)合粉的制備及其水反應(yīng)特性進行了研究。結(jié)合物理氣相沉積法和流態(tài)化技術(shù),在Mg粉表面包覆改性劑A,再通過溶劑蒸發(fā)法在改性劑A/Mg復(fù)合粉上包覆HTPB,并用SEM、EDS等手段對復(fù)合粉進行了表征,結(jié)果表明制備出了具有核殼結(jié)構(gòu)的HTPB/改性劑A/Mg復(fù)合粉。通過球磨法制備了改性劑B/A1復(fù)合粉、改性劑C/A1復(fù)合粉、NaF/A1復(fù)合粉、NaOH/A1復(fù)合粉、改
2、性劑B/Mg復(fù)合粉、改性劑C/Mg復(fù)合粉,并用SEM、EDS、XRD等手段對復(fù)合粉進行了表征,結(jié)果表明改性劑和鋁粉或鎂粉主要以物理作用結(jié)合在一起。對上述鋁基、鎂基復(fù)合粉進行水反應(yīng)研究。結(jié)果表明,這些復(fù)合粉的水反應(yīng)速率遠遠快于純鋁粉、純鎂粉的水反應(yīng)速率。在80"C恒溫下,當(dāng)改性荊含量為6wt%時,改性劑B/A1復(fù)合粉、改性劑C/AI復(fù)合粉、NaF/Al復(fù)合粉、NaOH/A1復(fù)合粉與水反應(yīng)10min,析氫總量分別是純鋁粉的7倍、5.7倍、3.5倍、7.4倍;改性劑B/Mg復(fù)合粉、改性劑C/Mg復(fù)合粉、
3、改性劑A/Mg復(fù)合粉與水反應(yīng)2min,析氫總量分別是純鎂粉的35倍、16.4倍、18倍。研究結(jié)果還表明,HTPB膜層在室溫下對改性劑A/Mg復(fù)合粉的水反應(yīng)活性有抑制作用;在45℃以上,HTPB膜層基本不抑制改性劑A/Mg復(fù)合粉的水反應(yīng)活性。關(guān)鍵詞:AI,Mg,包覆,球磨,復(fù)合粉,水反應(yīng)Abstract碩士論文HydroreactiveMgmatrixcompositepowdersandA1matrixcompositepowdersattractmuchresearchinterestasthe
