1、中文摘要本論文采用連續(xù)鹽霧試驗(yàn)、周浸試驗(yàn)以及循環(huán)鹽霧試驗(yàn),對(duì)航空工業(yè)中廣泛應(yīng)用的LC4包鋁、LYl2包鋁、LC4去包鋁和LYl2去包鋁四種鋁合金的大氣腐蝕進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)模擬加速試驗(yàn)研究。采用ACM儀對(duì)試驗(yàn)環(huán)境中的腐蝕電流一時(shí)間曲線進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測(cè),為加速試驗(yàn)對(duì)戶外暴露試驗(yàn)的模擬性評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。對(duì)上述三種加速試驗(yàn)分別進(jìn)行了腐蝕動(dòng)力學(xué)規(guī)律分析,腐蝕產(chǎn)物層的宏觀、微觀形貌分析以及成份分析。通過(guò)帶銹試樣在NaCl溶液中的極化曲線測(cè)量,對(duì)銹層的阻滯性能進(jìn)行了分析;通過(guò)對(duì)帶銹試樣在NaCl溶液中阻抗譜的分析表明腐蝕介質(zhì)在溶液中的傳遞過(guò)程中存在擴(kuò)散過(guò)程,證實(shí)了銹層對(duì)基體金
2、屬的保護(hù)作用。以萬(wàn)寧地區(qū)的戶外暴露試驗(yàn)作為參比對(duì)象,對(duì)上述加速試驗(yàn)的模擬性與加速性進(jìn)行了分析得出:對(duì)LC4包鋁合金和LYl2包鋁合金而言,周浸試驗(yàn)與萬(wàn)寧地區(qū)的暴露試驗(yàn)相關(guān)性比連續(xù)鹽霧試驗(yàn)要好;對(duì)于LC4去包鋁和LYl2去包鋁合金,循環(huán)鹽霧試驗(yàn)與萬(wàn)寧地區(qū)的暴露試驗(yàn)相關(guān)性最好,其次為周浸試驗(yàn),再次為連續(xù)鹽霧試驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:鋁合金室內(nèi)加速試驗(yàn)腐蝕動(dòng)力學(xué)分析腐蝕形貌與成份分析電化學(xué)研究戶外暴露試驗(yàn)相關(guān)性AbstractABSTRACTInthisthesis,forfourkindsofaluminumalloys,LC4aluminumalloywithA
