1、上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文合金元素對(duì)鐵錳硅系合金馬氏體相變及形狀記憶效應(yīng)的影響摘要本文系統(tǒng)研究了Re元素和Co含量對(duì)Fe—Mn—si系形狀記憶合金中Y(fcc)一e(hcp)相變和變形回復(fù)行為的影響,并通過(guò)x一衍射線形分析方法測(cè)定奧氏體的層錯(cuò)幾率,從這些元素對(duì)微觀參量一層錯(cuò)幾率的影響角度進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于低層錯(cuò)能合金y(fcc)一£(hcp)相變中e馬氏體的長(zhǎng)大主要是以層錯(cuò)機(jī)制形核,合金的層錯(cuò)幾率(易)隨著溫度的降低而增加,并且膨點(diǎn)和1/艮呈很好的線性關(guān)系;適當(dāng)?shù)臒釞C(jī)械循環(huán)訓(xùn)練有效的提高了合金的形狀記憶效應(yīng)。
