1、磁懸浮磨床電主軸柔性轉(zhuǎn)子動力學(xué)分析摘要本文首先闡述了轉(zhuǎn)子動力學(xué)的發(fā)展歷史和電磁軸承支承的高速轉(zhuǎn)子動力學(xué)的研究范圍,并論述了磁懸浮轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和支承特性。然后以五自由度磁懸浮轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的支承特性和轉(zhuǎn)子動力學(xué)的理論為基礎(chǔ),用有限元軟件分析了完全彈性支承下轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的固有頻率以及各種因素對轉(zhuǎn)子固有頻率的影響。在支承?;癁楦飨蛲圆⒑雎宰枘岬那闆r下,分別采用Raccti傳遞矩陣法和有限元法求解轉(zhuǎn)子的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速并加以比較,在轉(zhuǎn)子動平衡時,調(diào)整這些臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,使其適當遠離機械的工作轉(zhuǎn)速,以得到可靠的設(shè)計。給砂輪施加一定的磨削力,
