1、中北大學(xué)學(xué)位淪文電磁泵充型過程數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)研究摘要電磁泵充型技術(shù)用于鑄造生產(chǎn)是近年來發(fā)展起來的一種先進(jìn)技術(shù),它克服了傳統(tǒng)氣壓式鑄造充型不平穩(wěn),充型過程難以控制等技術(shù)缺陷,使鑄件質(zhì)量大大提高。為了更加準(zhǔn)確地制定工藝方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)工藝的一次成型,使電磁泵設(shè)備能夠更加充分的發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì),必須依據(jù)科學(xué)的方法預(yù)見電磁泵充型過程中液念余屬的流動(dòng)特征及溫度分布。為此,本文針對(duì)電磁泵充型過程的數(shù)值模擬展丌了研究。本文研究了電磁泵泵高、流量等工藝參數(shù)與電極電流的關(guān)系,并針對(duì)電磁泵充型過程的特點(diǎn)確定SOLA--VOF法
2、為其數(shù)值模擬的數(shù)學(xué)模型。本文對(duì)處理自由表面的VOF法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),減輕了山“施主一受主”法導(dǎo)致的假擴(kuò)散現(xiàn)象。對(duì)于流體碰壁時(shí),流體的體積分配情況做了簡(jiǎn)單的邊界處理。另外,還針對(duì)模擬計(jì)算速度慢這一缺點(diǎn),采用減小搜索域的方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),大大提高了程序的計(jì)算速度。為了驗(yàn)證所丌發(fā)的電磁泵充型過程數(shù)值模擬程序的正確性,作者采用水力模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果的對(duì)照,兩結(jié)果基本吻合,驗(yàn)證了程序計(jì)算結(jié)果的正確性。關(guān)鍵詞:電磁泵,充型過程,數(shù)值模擬,SOLA--VOF中北人學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文Studyont
