1、浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本文提出了一種基于正負(fù)系數(shù)可變微波光子濾波器的RoF系統(tǒng)副載波解復(fù)用實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩路加載數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)的副載波解復(fù)用。首先,論文介紹了微波光子學(xué)的基本概念以及微波光子濾波器的基本原理.然后,論文理論分析了基于兩個(gè)Mach-Zehndcr調(diào)制器的微波光子濾波器的工作原理。如果使用相同的射頻信號(hào)驅(qū)動(dòng)兩個(gè)工作在相反斜率偏置點(diǎn)的MZM,它們輸出光信號(hào)的相位正好相反,這樣可實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)系數(shù)微波光子濾波器。反之,當(dāng)兩個(gè)MZM工作在相同斜率偏置點(diǎn),它們輸出光信號(hào)的相位相同,這樣可實(shí)現(xiàn)正系數(shù)微波光子濾波器。根據(jù)這一
2、理論,我們通過實(shí)驗(yàn)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)自由頻譜范圍等于0.6GHz的正負(fù)系數(shù)可變微波光子濾波器.接著,論文對(duì)RoF系統(tǒng)副載波復(fù)用和解復(fù)用技術(shù)做了理論分析,并利用上述實(shí)驗(yàn)中的正負(fù)系數(shù)可變微波光子濾波器,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了RoF系統(tǒng)的副載波解復(fù)用。我們對(duì)2.4GHz和2.7GHz這兩路副載波都加載了100Mbps的開關(guān)鍵控(OOK)數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào),通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了只需簡(jiǎn)單地調(diào)節(jié)MZM的偏置電壓,就可以很好地選出一路副載波而抑制另一路副載波,同時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)也得到了很好地恢復(fù)。最后,論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。該實(shí)驗(yàn)方案結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、成本低,具有很大的實(shí)用價(jià)
