1、碩士論文Ku波段線性調(diào)頻探測(cè)器的射頻前端技術(shù)摘要本文在對(duì)線性調(diào)頻測(cè)距原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)探測(cè)系統(tǒng)的射頻前端進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)仿真與工程實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文首先簡(jiǎn)介了線性調(diào)頻連續(xù)波信號(hào)的測(cè)距原理,討論了系統(tǒng)發(fā)射信號(hào)調(diào)制參數(shù)的選擇,對(duì)系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了估算。然后對(duì)DDS和PLL的相噪特性進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)常見的方案從雜散、相位噪聲角度進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),決定采用DDS激勵(lì)PLL的方案來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)信號(hào)源。該方案將DDS的高頻率分辨率、頻率轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)間短與PLL輸出頻率高、頻譜純度好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,且工程實(shí)現(xiàn)難度相對(duì)較小。通過(guò)分析常見接收機(jī)方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選擇了超外差結(jié)構(gòu)
2、與數(shù)字中頻接收機(jī)的方案,并對(duì)各器件進(jìn)行了指標(biāo)分配,從而確定了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)方案。根據(jù)以上分析,完成了測(cè)距系統(tǒng)射頻前端的研制,包括DDS、PLL、混頻器、功分器等的設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)討論了各模塊器件的選擇、器件的設(shè)計(jì)方法及設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的注意事項(xiàng),總結(jié)了部件測(cè)試過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題并提出了解決的辦法。關(guān)鍵詞:線性調(diào)頻,測(cè)距,射頻前端,鎖相環(huán)Abstraet碩士論文AbstractOnthebasisofprincipleoflinearfrequencymodulatedcontinuouswave(LFMCW)detectionsystem,thist
