1、提要目的：通過(guò)對(duì)降壓溝、降壓點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行耳穴貼壓或耳穴按摩治療，觀察對(duì)原發(fā)性高血壓患者的即時(shí)降壓效應(yīng)，驗(yàn)證耳穴對(duì)原發(fā)性高血壓的即時(shí)降壓作用，為耳穴治療原發(fā)性高血壓提供客觀依據(jù)。方法：符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高血壓患者實(shí)際收入152例，其中耳穴貼壓組84例；耳穴按摩組68例。觀察治療后即刻、治療后10min時(shí)的血壓變化。并對(duì)兩組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果1.治療后即刻、治療后10min時(shí)與治療前的血壓相比，耳穴貼壓組與耳穴按摩組均有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。2.治療后10min時(shí)與治療后即刻相比，耳穴按摩組的收縮壓
2、有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。3.耳穴貼壓組與耳穴按摩組相比較，治療后即刻的收縮壓有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。4.治療后即刻，耳穴貼壓組2期高血壓有效率達(dá)44.1%優(yōu)于高血壓前期（29.4%）優(yōu)于1期高血壓（18.2%），耳穴按摩組1期高血壓有效率達(dá)26.9%優(yōu)于高血壓前期（9.1%）優(yōu)于2期高血壓（6.5%）。治療后10min時(shí)，耳穴貼壓組2期高血壓有效率達(dá)55.9%優(yōu)于高血壓前期（41.2%）優(yōu)于1期高血壓（15.2%），耳穴按摩組高血壓前期有效率45.5%優(yōu)于1期高血壓（30.8%）優(yōu)于2期高
3、血壓（12.9%）。其中，耳穴貼壓組在治療后10min時(shí)各級(jí)之間的療效相比有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。結(jié)論1.耳穴貼壓或耳穴按摩降壓點(diǎn)、降壓溝對(duì)原發(fā)性高血壓均有一定即時(shí)降壓作用。2.耳穴按摩治療在治療后10min時(shí)與治療后即刻相比，對(duì)收縮壓的降壓效果更顯著。3.對(duì)收縮壓在治療后即刻的影響，耳穴貼壓比耳穴按摩的降壓效果更顯著。4.治療后即刻，耳穴貼壓組總有效率達(dá)31%，耳穴按摩組總有效率達(dá)14.7%。治療后10分鐘時(shí)，耳穴貼壓組總有效率達(dá)36.9%，耳穴按摩組總有效率達(dá)25%。在治療后10min時(shí)，耳
