1、寧夏大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文華電寧東風(fēng)電有限公司培訓(xùn)管理體系研究姓名：劉繼承申請學(xué)位級別：碩士專業(yè)：工商管理碩士指導(dǎo)教師：袁榮201204摘要風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，隨著各公司急速發(fā)展，普遍存在培訓(xùn)制度不健全、培訓(xùn)方式簡單等諸多問題，嚴(yán)重制約了企業(yè)競爭力的進(jìn)一步提升。華電寧夏寧東風(fēng)電有限公司隨著公司規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)張，急需大量后備技術(shù)、管理人員，培訓(xùn)壓力凸顯。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理的理論和方法，對華電寧東風(fēng)電公司員工培訓(xùn)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)需求分析未有效開展、缺乏合理規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)形式內(nèi)容單
2、一、缺少培訓(xùn)激勵(lì)機(jī)制等七個(gè)方面，并分析了產(chǎn)生問題的根本原因。針對這些問題，運(yùn)用培訓(xùn)管理的原理和方法，結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)性、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、組織培訓(xùn)和自我提高相結(jié)合等原則，主要從培訓(xùn)體系的運(yùn)作層面對華電寧東風(fēng)電公司培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并重點(diǎn)對培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)課程體系建設(shè)、培訓(xùn)評估等方面進(jìn)行論述。同時(shí)，有針對性地提出保障培訓(xùn)管理體系實(shí)施的相關(guān)措施，從多個(gè)角度保障企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)管理體系順利推行。關(guān)鍵詞：風(fēng)電，培訓(xùn)流程，培訓(xùn)體系，培訓(xùn)管理AbstractThewindpowerisanewlyarisenindust
