2、o-firedCeramic)technologyprovidesprocessconditionsfordevicetothreedimensions.ThispaperisbasedonLTCCtechnologyandresearchhowtorealizeminiaturizationofWilkinsonpowerdivider.Traditionalpowerdividersalmostareone-layerstructure,butmainmethodofthispaperistomakepowerdiv
3、iderbecomeseveral-layerstructureandtoreduceitssize.Firstly,thispaperintroducesthefeatureanddifferenceofmicrostripline,coplanarwaveguide(CPW)andstripline.ThenfourWilkinsonpowerdividermodelsarebuiltusedthethreetransmissionlines,whichincludesonetraditionalpowerdivid
4、erbasedonmicrostrip,onetraditionalpowerdividerbasedonCPW,onedual-bandpowerdividerbasedonCPWandonedual-bandpowerdividerbasedonstripline.Thedual-bandpowerdividersarerealizedbyimpedanceconvertortoincreasebandwidth.WiththejointsimulationofADSandHFSS,themodelsarebuilt
5、andsimulatedandreceiveS-parametermeetingtherequirement.Twotraditionalpowerdividershavethecenterfrequencyof1.75GHzandthesizeof20mm×22mm×0.6mm.ThenitgetstheconclusionofthatCPWpowerdividerhasabetterfunction,bycontrastoftheirS-parameter.Thecenterfrequencypointsofthet
6、wodual-bandpowerdividersareboth1GHzand2.5GHz.TheCPWdual-bandpowerdividerhasasizeof30mm×30mm×0.6mm,andthestriplinepowerdividerhasasizeof9mm×10mm×4.5mm.Asthelastmodel,thestriplinedual-bandpowerdividerachievesdesignindex.Intheworkfrequencybandof0.8-1.2GHzand2.3-2.7G
7、Hz,insertionlossislessthan3.4dB.Returnlossofinputportislessthan-15dB.Returnlossofoutputportislessthan-20dB.Isolationdegreeislessthan-17dB.Sousingstriplinetorealizeseveral-layerstructurenotonlyreducedevicesizebutalsoimproveperformanceofdual-bandpowerdivider.Keywor
