1、中國石油大學(xué)(華東)碩士學(xué)位論文徑向井鉆桿變形與阻力測試系統(tǒng)的研制姓名:朱瑞申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及理論指導(dǎo)教師:王慧藝20060401徑向井鉆桿變形與阻力測試系統(tǒng)的研制朱瑞(機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及理論)指導(dǎo)老師:王慧藝副教授摘要徑向井技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)先進(jìn)的油田開發(fā)技術(shù),特別適合于油田中后期的原油開采。目前在國外已被成功應(yīng)用,國內(nèi)對(duì)徑向水平井技術(shù)的研究尚處于井下實(shí)驗(yàn)階段,困擾徑向井技術(shù)發(fā)展的問題之一是由于對(duì)徑向井鉆桿的轉(zhuǎn)向模式研究有限,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)理、條件、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果沒有建立可供分析的理論模型,致使現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗(yàn)帶有很大的盲目性。課題針對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行研究,分析了徑向井鉆桿的轉(zhuǎn)向原理及力學(xué)模型,通過自
2、行設(shè)計(jì)、組裝、搭建室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)來模擬徑向井鉆桿的轉(zhuǎn)向過程,采用先進(jìn)的測量裝置及自主開發(fā)的測試軟件對(duì)鉆桿變形與阻力情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)測試,測試效率高,保證了數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)要求,設(shè)計(jì)并組裝實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),對(duì)測試所需的傳感器、信號(hào)調(diào)理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡和電源等元件進(jìn)行了選型和電路設(shè)計(jì)。利用VB開發(fā)徑向井鉆桿變形與阻力測試系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了參數(shù)選擇、數(shù)據(jù)采集通信、信號(hào)濾波、波形顯示、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表打印、數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析等功能,程序模塊化和結(jié)構(gòu)化;采用數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術(shù),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存取、瀏覽、修改、統(tǒng)計(jì)等操作;采用面向?qū)ο缶幊碳夹g(shù),方便維護(hù)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察鉆桿的變形、運(yùn)動(dòng)模式等,通過分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),確定系
