2、相為甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(7∶93,V/V),流速為1.0ml/min,檢測波長為245nm,柱溫為室溫,進樣量為10μl。結果:薄層色譜分離度好,斑點清晰;粒度、水分、溶化性、微生物限度檢查均符合規(guī)定;浸出物應不少于25.0%;含量測定中,(R,S)-告依春質量濃度在1.5659~50.1098μg/ml范圍內與其峰面積呈良好的線性關系(r=0.9999,n=6),精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD≤1.12%,平均加樣回收率為99.25%(RSD=2.08%,n=9),并初步確定(R,S)-告依春的含量應不得少于0.35
