1、.高性能有機(jī)纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的界面性能研究201001130606高同舜...高性能有機(jī)纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的界面性能研究摘要:為了改善超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纖維、芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)樹脂基復(fù)合材料的界面粘結(jié)性能,本文從樹脂基體入手,依據(jù)相似相容原理和纖維的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)開發(fā)出兩種新型熱固性樹脂—PCH樹脂和AFR樹脂,分別用作UHMWPE纖維復(fù)合材料和芳綸復(fù)合材料的基體,以未經(jīng)表面處理的纖維作增強(qiáng)材料,采用熱壓成型法制備了UHMWPE纖維/PCH和芳綸/AFR復(fù)合材料,并通過測定接觸角、層間剪切強(qiáng)度(ILSS)、橫向拉伸強(qiáng)度和掃描電鏡觀察形貌等方法研究了復(fù)合材料的界面粘結(jié)性
2、能。結(jié)果表明:UHMWPE纖維和PCH樹脂澆注體的溶度參數(shù)相近,PCH樹脂溶液在UHMWPE纖維表面的接觸角為15.6°,說明對其具有良好的浸潤性;UHMWPE/PCH復(fù)合材料的ILSS和單絲拔出強(qiáng)度分別為42.6MPa和21.8MPa,均遠(yuǎn)大于UHMWPE/環(huán)氧樹脂(EP)復(fù)合材料的相應(yīng)強(qiáng)度,掃描電鏡分析也表明UHMWPE纖維增強(qiáng)PCH樹脂基復(fù)合材料具有優(yōu)異的界面粘結(jié)性能。AFR樹脂溶液與芳綸纖維的接觸角為42.8°,而EP與芳綸的接觸角為68°,說明AFR樹脂對芳綸的潤濕性優(yōu)于EP;芳綸/AFR復(fù)合材料的ILSS、橫向拉伸強(qiáng)度和縱向拉伸強(qiáng)度分別為74.6MPa、2
3、5.3MPa、2256MPa,比芳綸/EP復(fù)合材料的相應(yīng)強(qiáng)度分別提高了28.7%、32.5%和13.4%,其復(fù)合材料破壞面的形貌也說明芳綸與AFR樹脂之間的界面粘結(jié)性能較好。Abstract:InordertoimprovetheinterfacialadhesionofUHMWPEfiberandaramidfiberreinforcedpolymermatrixcomposites,twonewthermosettingresinsystems(PCHandAFR)havebeendevelopedaccordingtolawofsimilarmutualsolu

5、bersandthematrixduetothestructuralandpolarsimilarity.InthecaseofslightifferencebetweensolubilityparametersofUHMWPEfiberandcuredPCHresin,itisfoundthatthewettabilityofPCHresinonsurfaceofthefibercanbeimprovedandUHMWPE/PCHcompositehasexcellenttransversetensilestrength,interlaminarshearstren
6、gthandthepull-outstrengthtogetherwiththeoutstandinginterfacialbondproperty.Thecontactangle(42.8°)betweenAFRresinandaramidfiberissmallerthanthecontactangle(68°)betweentheepoxyresin(EP)andaramidfibers.Therefore,theAFRresinhadbetterwettabilitywiththearamidfibers.Thenterlaminarshearstrength
7、,transversetensilestrengthandlongitudinaltensiletrengthofaramid/AFRcompositearerespectively74.6MPa,25.3MPaand2256MPa,increasingby28.7%,32.5%and13.4%respectivelycomparedwitharamidfibers/EPcomposite.AccordingtotheSEMphotographofaramidfibers/AFRcomposite,AFRresinhadgoodinterfacebo
