1、歐盟與韓國外交關(guān)系分析AnalysisoftheDiplomaticRelationsbetweenEUandSouthKorea歐盟與韓國分處兩個(gè)不同的大洲,從地緣政治的角度來說,兩大洲雖然有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,但是韓國作為東北亞的一個(gè)較小的國家,歐韓之間的關(guān)系一直沒有在兩國對(duì)外政策上占據(jù)十分重要的位置。韓國成立于二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后,建立之初的韓國與歐洲主要國家的聯(lián)系大多數(shù)僅限于經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的往來。但是隨著歐洲一體化進(jìn)程的加速、韓國自身綜合實(shí)力的發(fā)展,雙方開始重視其雙邊關(guān)系的發(fā)展,也不斷的在經(jīng)濟(jì)以外的安全、政治等領(lǐng)域開展合作,盡管合作的深度和廣度還受到一定的限制,但是畢竟讓雙方都看到了合作
2、的曙光。對(duì)歐盟而言,與韓國的密切交往是打開歐盟參與東北亞事務(wù)局面的試金石;對(duì)韓國而言,積極發(fā)展獨(dú)立的對(duì)外關(guān)系,尤其是與歐盟這樣在國際上具有較大影響力的一極進(jìn)行各方面的交往與合作,是韓國為提高在國際上的影響力、發(fā)揮更大作用不可缺少的一部分。當(dāng)然,這其中仍然受到一些因素的阻礙。美國在東北亞地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)以及美歐之間的關(guān)系,始終是影響韓國與歐盟正常交往的一大因素。歐韓雙方想要在未來的時(shí)間里實(shí)現(xiàn)雙方所倡導(dǎo)的多邊合作,還需要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)相當(dāng)漫長的過程。EU(theEuropeanUnion)andSouthKoreaareonthetwodifferentcontinents.Fromthea

5、icfieldwerecontinuallycarriedout,whichmadethetwosidesseethedawnofcooperationbetweenthem,thoughthedepthandwidthofcooperationisstillundercertainrestraints.ForEU,closecontactswithSouthKoreawouldbecomeatouchstoneofitsparticipationintotheeast-Asianaffairs;whileforSouthKorea,activelydevelopingindep
6、endentforeignrelations,especiallycontactsandcooperationinvariousfieldswithcountriesandregionsowninggreatinternationalinfluencejustlikeEU,hasbecomeanindispensablepartforSouthKoreatoenhanceinternationalinfluenceandplayamoreimportantroleinworldaffairs.Undoubtedly,thisprocessisstillfacingsomebloc
7、kadesfromseveralaspects.America,withitstraditionaladvantagesinnortheast-Asia,besidesitsrelationwithEU,isalwaysanimportantfactortohamperthenormalexchangesbetweenSouthKoreaandEU.Therefore,thereisstillalongwaytogoifthetwosideswanttocarryoutthepr
