2、ationsIndustryDevelopmentOrganization(UNICO)andEconomyCooperateandDevelopTheOrganization(OECO)sparednoeffortstostronglyPublicizetheIndustrialClustersStrategy.InChina,EnterpriseClustersgraauallybecomeanewviewofeconomicsforcompaniesandgovernment,anditspolicyu
3、tilityworkinpromotingeconomics,developingscienceandtechnology.Yet,notallIndustrialClustersissuccessful,norCantheysustainlong—termcompetence.Failurecasesarefarfromrare,e.g.theautomobileclustersinDetroitandthermoscupProductionclusteratYongkanginZhejiangProvin
4、ceetc.TheIndustrialClustersstrategywillnotgoSmoothlyWithoutathoroughunderstandingoftheriskinit,TheresearchinChinaisjustatPreliminarystageandmostofwhichisonlyfocusedOilthetheoreticalstudy.Thefollowingarticle,embarkingonthePresentdevelopmentoftheIndustrialClu
5、stershomeandabroad,describesthestatusandchallengeofIndustrialClustersinregionaleconomyagainsttheglobalizationbackground,systematicallyanalysesthecauseofIndustrialClustersrisk,theinterrelationbetweentherisksanddifferentclusterstypes,whichisfollowedbyfourcase
6、stothedevelopmentofspecialIndustrialClustersandexplorestheirrisksandeffectsonregionaleconomySOastoprovetheaforesaidtheory.Then,thearticlebringsafeasiblemeasuresuggestionfromsuchviewpointashowcanlocalgovernmentbringtheIndustrialClustersintofullPlayandavoidre
