2、lyreduced,owingtotheuseofelectrostaticspray,littlematerialislostand,whatismore,duringbaking,energyconsumptioncanbereducedcomparedtosolvent-borneorwater—bornecoatings.Inthispaper,twokindsofepoxypowdercoatingswerepreparedbymeltingblendingofphenolicresin/alkalineaccel
3、eratorandmicronizeddicyandiarnide(Dicy)/2-methylimidazole(2-MI)ascuringsystems.Thefactorsthataffectthecuringreactionandmechanicalpropertiesofepoxypowdercoatingswereinvestigated,suchasamountofcuringagentandaccelerator.Then,thecuringreactionandcuringkineticsofthistwo
4、differentsystemswereinvestigatedbynon-isothermaldifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),andthecuringprocessWasdeduced.Atlast,theoptimumamountofthecuringsystemsandtheircuringconditionsweredetermined.Inaddition,theeffectofthetechnologicalparametersofelectrostaticsprayin
5、gformediumdensityfiberboard(MDF)ontheone-passtransferefficiencyofpowderwerediscussedbyresponsesurfaceanalysisandtheinfluencefactorsofcoatingflattingpropertywerestudiedpreliminarily.Theexperimentshowedthatfortheepoxy-phenolssystemtheoptimumamountsofphenolsandalkalin
6、eacceleratorwererespectively10%and1.0%.Forthissystemthebestcuringconditionswerecuring30minutesat120degreescentigrade.Andthecuredlayershadgoodmechanicalproperties.Withregardtotheepoxy—Dicysystem,theoptimumamountSofDicyand2-M1wererespectively2.5%andO.25%anditshouldbe
7、cured30minutesat130degreescentigrade.Asecondorderpolynomialempiricalmodelsoftheone-passtransferefficiencyofpowderwiththetechnologicalparametersofelectrostaticsprayingwassetupbyusingBox—Behnkenexperimentaldesigncombinedwithresponsesurfaceanalysis.Theeffectoftechnolo
