1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)第20卷第4期中國表面工程V01.20No.42007年8月CHINAsuRFAcEENGINEERINGAugrst.2007高鉻鑄鐵耐磨堆焊埋弧藥芯焊絲研究楊威1,王欣1,張永生1,李軍偉1,李本深2(1.鄭州機械研究所,鄭州450052;2.天津振興水泥有限公司,天津300400)摘要:采用自動埋弧堆焊對高鉻鑄鐵埋弧藥芯焊絲堆焊合金的組織及耐磨性進行試驗,研究Cr/C對堆焊層的組織和耐磨性的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),Cr/C增加,初生碳化物形狀越來越規(guī)則,初生碳化物的桿狀纖維增長,增加堆焊層的韌性。初生碳化物微區(qū)Cr含量增加,
2、增加初生碳化物顯微硬度。Cr/C與初生碳化物面積分數(shù)對耐磨性的影響比較明顯,其中初生碳化物面積分數(shù)與耐磨性呈線性關(guān)系。高鉻鑄鐵堆焊層的耐磨性受到基體組織影響較大,由奧氏體及其分解產(chǎn)物構(gòu)成的混合基體的堆焊層耐磨性最大。文中所研究的41#、43#、45#焊絲其堆焊層的耐磨性非常好,相對Q235鋼的耐磨性分別為段1=27.1716、B43=18.6305和∥45=19.7949。文中進一步探討了耐磨堆焊層磨損過程中的孔洞效應(yīng)及裂紋擴張效應(yīng)。關(guān)鍵詞:耐磨堆焊;藥芯焊絲;埋弧焊;耐磨性;高鉻鑄鐵中圖分類號:TG422.3文獻標識碼:A文章編
